27M is strengthening the development processes

As a consequence of the ongoing and accelerating growth of 27M, the company has undertaken activities during the last year followed by continued activities this year, in reviewing all its core processes. The activities are aiming at getting a better visibility for the customers in the development processes. As a result, this will lead to better communication as well as faster time-to-market.

"Validated processes across the organization are key to ensuring quality and reducing variability in the products," says Per Elmhester, Product Manager at 27M. "Our customers are focused on profitability, which requires cutting time in the development process by improving product quality. In so doing, we will augment the development speed which means reducing the time to market."

Per Elmhester continues: "Process and quality management is an ongoing assignment for every organization. However, in the beginning of this year, we will intensify this work by implementing a new quality system that will incorporate all core activities at 27M, from the very beginning of the development process to the testing and verification of the finished designs. I am confident that the new quality and management systems will increase business and thereby give an even greater value to the 27M clientele."
