27M presents a reference design based on NEC Electronics EMMA3SL/HD

27M Technologies and NEC Electronics, a leading manufacturer of System-on-Chip Solutions, announces a reference design platform for DVB-T MPEG-4 STB’s based on EMMA3SL/HD chipset.  This is the sixth time that 27M has been selected as the complete hardware and software design partner for NEC Electronics new chip technology.

The EMMA3SL/HD reference solution will help NEC Electronics and 27M customers to move from concept to product in a very short turnaround time, shorten time to market and reducing R&D costs. This solution is a complete hardware and software platform with low power optimized design, enhanced connectivity features such as USB 2.0 and Ethernet and the latest High Definition MPEG-4 Decoding format.
